Feral Guide! (Cat)

Stats

Primary's:
Weapon DPS on your weapon will be the biggest increase of your overall DPS
Agility is your most important armour stat. Agility grants 2 attack power and also increases your crit rating significantly. *Main Priority*

Secondary:
Mastery, mastery, mastery. Mastery increases the power of our bleeds significantly (1% of mastery increases bleed damage by 3.1%). Since bleeds make up the majority of our damage, boosting mastery is a very desirable choice.
Then Hit/Expertise. Hit/Expertise prevents our attacks from missing or being dodged.
Crit Rating.
Crit is fun. More crit means more critical strikes, which hit for double the damage of a normal attack.

Enchants, Flasks and consumables.
The top priorities are:
Weapon: Mighty Agility (+130 agi)
Head: Arcanum of the Ramkahen (+60 agi/+35 haste)
Shoulders: Greater Inscription of Shattered Crystal (+50 agi/+25 mastery)
Cloak: Major Agility (+22 agi)
Chest: Peerless Stats (+20 all primary stats)
Bracers: Greater Critical Strike (+65 crit)
Gloves: Mighty Strength (+50 str)
Legs: Dragonscale Leg Armor (+190 AP/+55 crit)
Boots: Major Agility (+35 agi)
Flask/Elixir: Flask of the Winds (+300 agi)
Food: Skewered Eel (+90 agi)
Potion: Potion of the Tol’Vir (+1200 agi/25s)

Rotations:
Begin with a [Faerie Fire Feral], then use [Feral Charge], which will proc [Ravage]. Then apply [Mangle] which will put up the bleed debuff, then use [Rake] for a DoT. You should have 5 combo points by now and if not, [Shred] your target. Use your five combo points on [Rip] and extremely powerful DoT which a lot of your damage will come from. Keeping this active with Rake and mangle are your top priorities. By now you should be a bit slim on energy, so apply [Tiger's Fury] to restore your energy. No continue to shred until you get another 5 combo points, whilst keeping Mangle and Rip active. When at 5 cp's use your savage roar buff, which will increase your auto attack's but 50 percent. Build up your combo points again, and re-apply your rip, which should just about be finished.

The feral DPS isn't necessarily a rotation, but more of a priority system, ensuring you keep Mangle, Rake, Rip and Tiger's Fury active as much as possible.
